PAYMENT

All custom hats require a 50% deposit. Upon completion we will send you your final invoice for remaining 50% owing, shipping and any further agreed upon additions. Once invoice has been paid in full your order will be shipped. 

Average hat shipping costs are roughly $40-$45 within Canada, we only use trackable shipping services and purchase shipping insurance. 

 

RETURNS

We do not except returns on custom hats. Our customer’s happiness is our number one priority. We work closely with every one of our custom ordering friends to ensure they get exactly what they’re hoping for on their personalized hat creation adventure. Because of the crafting time spent, individuality of the customized hat, and wait list, please make sure that prior to ordering, your measurements are accurate. In the event that your custom hat is slightly too big or too small, reach out to us and we will guide you in the right direction as far as steps to take in achieving a more perfect fit.  Please note, the felts and sweatbands we use do conform to your head after multiple wears if not exactly perfect upon first wear. Similar to a new pair of boots, your hat may need a little “breaking in” too. If you provided us with incorrect sizing and need your hat rebuilt to different size, additional charges will apply.

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wileyjameshatco@gmail.com. No exchanges on custom hats.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
